Three world title challengers are in the first four names
announced for the Betfair Prizefighter International Heavyweights
tournament on Wednesday June 20 at York Hall, Bethnal Green.
Kevin 'Kingpin' Johnson, Albert Sosnowski and Kali Meehan have
all stepped in the ring to fight for World titles and that trio are
joined by Kent's Tom Dallas in the 25th edition of the
eight man, one night tournament live on Sky Sports.

Newly crowned WBC light-heavyweight champion Chad Dawson is set
to meet super-middleweight kingpin Andre Ward in September in a
match up with pits two of the world's best against each other.
According to sources, Ward's promoter Dan Goossen has opened

Eamonn O'Kane roared to victory in the all-Irish Betfair
Prizefighter Middleweights at the King's Hall in Belfast, but saw
fellow Dungiven fighter Paul McCloskey stopped by 'Chop Chop'
DeMarcus Corley.

Paul McCloskey saw his hopes for fighting for another world
title dashed in cruel fashion when he was controversially stopped
by American veteran DeMarcus Corley in Belfast last night.
The 32-year-old from Dungiven was wobbled by a right hook in the
tenth round but the intervention of referee Ian John Lewis did seem
