American middleweight Daniel Jacobs has beaten his biggest
opponent - cancer.
The 26-year-old was diagnosed with a rare type of bone
cancer in 2011, and despite him making a recovery and fighting
twice at the back end of last year, it wasn't until this past
weekend that doctors confirmed he is free of the
disease.
Jacobs boxes this weekend when faces Keenan Collins on the
undercard Danny Garcia's clash with Zab Judah in
Brooklyn.

Luke Campbell will make his professional debut in a huge outdoor

fight against unbeaten Julio Ceja will be televised by
Primetime.
McDonnell faces the big punching Mexican for the vacant
IBF bantamweight crown at Doncaster's Keepmoat Stadium on May
11.
