3 Month Body Transformation Camp

Level:  - Beginner-Intermediate

Goal:   - Weight loss, body fat reduction, inch loss, increased muscle tone & increased cardio fitness.

Suitable For: - Anyone new to exercise, wanting that beach body, getting in shape for a wedding, looking for a structured program that delivers results.

This is our 12 week program designed to do exactly what it says on the tin. Throughout the 12 weeks you WILL transform yourself into a better, fitter, stronger, more healthy you.

We will look at your diet through 'metabolic conditioning' and find your personal fuel mix.

 

1 Month Metabolic Conditioning Camp

Level:  - Intermediate-Advanced

Goal:   - Improved strength and conditioning, body fat reduction, increased muscle tone/size & strength & increased cardio fitness.

Suitable For: - People looking to take their training to the next level and beyond.

This is our month by month program designed to be one of the hardest workouts you will ever do, at the same time one of the most 'enjoyable!!'

This is one tough workout, but at the end of each month you will be fitter, stronger and keep coming back for more.
