Blain Younis

I am currently working around the gym as a Fitness Instructor whilst also studying to become a personal trainer. Having boxed for around 10 years and currently boxing professionally myself, I know what it takes to reach peak levels of strength and fitness and to get you in great shape. I’ve also trained many amateur and professional boxers of all ages including commonwealth games reps and Olympic hopefuls, getting them to the levels needed to perform at the highest standard.
