As a personal trainer my aim to you is to give you the help and
motivation you need to reach your goals within Health &
Fitness, whether it is weight loss, muscle tone or overall fitness
and flexibility. I aim to keep you interested by giving varied
effective sessions combining resistance and cardiovascular training
to suit your goals. Through these sessions you will gain the
confidence and energy to lead a better, healthier, lifestyle.
Cardio Fitness
Improving your cardiovascular fitness can greatly improve your
lifestyle whether having the stamina to run around with your
children, or to make it to the top of the stairs comfortably or
even just generally feeling fresher and energised. Through my
personal training sessions I make cardio fitness more exciting and
much less monotonous. I can show you training that will improve you
in many more ways than just running on a treadmill for hours on
end.
Weight/ Resistance training
Weights in your program are recommended for both males and
females, whether your goals are body fat reduction, weight loss,
muscle tone, size or strength. Gaining muscle is not just about
getting big and heavy, gaining even just a little muscle will start
you burning more calories throughout the day, plus gaining strength
can reduce the risk of pulled muscles and back pain. It is also
great whatever age you are, it can reduce bone deteriation and
build bone mass, therefore preventing osteoporosis.
