I am currently working around the gym as a Fitness Instructor whilst also studying to become a personal trainer. Having boxed for around 10 years and currently boxing professionally myself, I know what it takes to reach peak levels of strength and fitness and to get you in great shape. I've also trained many amateur and professional boxers of all ages including commonwealth games reps and Olympic hopefuls, getting them to the levels needed to perform at the highest standard.

Boxing Conditioning

Circuits

Circuit training is nothing but high intensity exercises, which can include aerobics and resistance training. May it be muscle building or weight loss, circuit training is very effective and have you in your best condition in no time

Cardiovascular exercise has been shown to have a number of health benefits when performed on a regular basis. Cardiovascular fitness promotes the loss of body fat and leads to great overall fitness.Cardiovascular training serves as the foundation for other fitness programs. The conditioning and health of the heart is the basis for safety and performance in nearly all Physical Exercise
