Power Plate® can be used for many different exercise needs and goals, full body workouts, circuits, strength and core stability work can all be achieved with Power Plate® training.

BODY CONDITIONING

Using the combination of cardio-vascular and resistance training can achieve reduce bodyfat levels as well as an increase in muscle tone. Using various training methods from circuit training, boxercise/pad work or planned and prepared gym sessions will help you achieve your goals whether it be drop a dress size, muscle build or to improve overall body appearance.

MUSCLE BUILDING

Packing on muscle and size takes a lot more than just pounding weights in the gym. You also need to give your body the nutrition it needs to grow. With the training methods I will use along with help on your diet and calorie intake I will give you the tools you need to begin building muscle and looking better.
