The search for an opponent to face WBC light-middleweight king
Saul "Canelo" Alvarez is finally over.
The flame-haired Mexican had seen fights with three other boxers
fallen by the wayside but will now take on Josesito Lopez, who put
himself in the frame by upsetting Victor Ortiz last month.
The deal has been agreed to and contracts have been exchanged
but as yet nothing has been signed.
