Victor Terrazas took another step closer to a world title shot
at the weekend when he scored a sixth round knockout over Eduardo
"Bambino" Garcia in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The super-bantamweight, who is the WBC's number one contender,
was coasting but left himself open for a split second in the fourth
round and was knocked the canvas.
However, he dusted himself down and finished things two rounds
later with a solid combination.
British boxing fans may remember Terrazas from his 2010 defeat
to Rendall Munroe in Coventry.
