Former WBA heavyweight champion Ruslan Chagaev has ruled out a
meeting with Britain's Tyson Fury - well, for the time being at
least.
Chagaev picked up his 30th career victory in
Oberhausen, Germany on Saturday night when he halted Werner
Kreiskott inside seven rounds.
But he's said he will not be looking to engage in a dust up with
unbeaten Fury until after he's assembled and got used to a new
training team.
"As I've said, this is a great opponent and to fight him I would
need a solid preparation with a good team. Finding professionals in
the shortest amount of time is my immediate task," Chagaev
said.
