Tom Kenville, a former sports writer with the Associated Press
and New York Times as well as publicist for Muhammad Ali has sadly
passed away at age 82.
Keville had been battling against cancer for some time before
his death at Susquehanna Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre in
Johnson City, New York.
He was director on the board of the Boxing Writers Association
of America up until his death and had previously worked at boxing
promotion department at Madison Square Garden and as a publicist
for Bob Arum's Top Rank company.
His funeral will take place on Saturday.
